If you choose to pay by card, your card details will also be requested. None of your card information is recorded in our database.
DELETE MEMBERS:
If a member wishes to be removed from our databases, they can do so by sending us an email with this request. If an order has nevertheless been placed on the account, it will remain recorded in our database for bookkeeping.

In the event that one or more of the products of your order is not available, you will be informed by e-mail and only if you agree will we confirm the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of an order an e-mail should be sent to us with the cancellation request. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this time point cancellation is not possible.

Product deliveries are made through a partner transport company that covers your headquarters. Shipments are made in 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation. If there is any problem or lack of product you will be informed about the possible delay in sending your order.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product are final, subject to our right to adjust prices.
USE OF DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes do not work in combination and are valid for each order completed through the shopping cart.
WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products and the cost of the transport of the original shipment.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, unopened or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).
In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products.
PRODUCT CHANGES
If the product you ordered does not satisfy you, we will change the product only after consultation with the store.
Changes are accepted within 10 days from the day you receive your order and you only bear the cost of shipping.
For exchange to be possible, products must be in their original condition and packaging.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money.
Modification of the terms hereof: We reserve the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. We undertake the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
